I. Your pet can only be accepted for boarding if it is in good health and you are able to produce a certificate or vaccination card confirming your pet’s inoculations are up to date.  No dog can be accepted for boarding unless it has been inoculated against distemper, hepatitis, leptospirosis and parvovirus.  No cat can be accepted for boarding unless it has been inoculated against feline enteritis and cat flu.Cats and dogs need 1 week after 2nd vaccination before we allow boarding.
Dogs who have had kennel cough vaccination can not book in for 21days after vaccination.
WE WILL REFUSE THE PETS STAY

II. Whilst every possible attention is given to each pet boarded with us, it is boarded entirely at the owner’s risk, as are pets sharing accommodation.  Should we feel the need to separate them in the interest of the animal’s own safety, a relevant charge for the extra accommodation will be levied. By signing this contract, unless stated otherwise, you give us permission to board animals from the same household and species in a kennel/pen together and for dogs from the same household to be walked together as well. Any concerns the owner has, must tell us as they book in or drop off.

III.  Any current or ongoing problems with a pet’s health or temperament must be notified to us at the time of booking.  We reserve the right to refuse any pet that we consider to be of an unreliable temperament, or sick at the time of boarding.

IV. Should it be necessary at our discretion for a vet to be called for any new or existing health condition prior to boarding, all fees incurred are the responsibility of the owner.  All pets should have been wormed and flea protection applied recently.  Should any pet on arrival require treatment for internal or external parasites (fleas, worms etc.) we have the right to administer through the signing of this contract and then a charge will be levied for this.

V. Fees are charged at a daily rate, inclusive of arrival and departure day, should an animal be collected before the booked departure date no refund will be given.  50% Payment is required in advance to the arrival date by either credit or debit card to enable us to confirm the dates of  booking for your pet(s).

VI. Please note all pets boarded are not insured for any vet fees or cremation fees whilst in our care.

VII. During busier times such as Christmas and summer, your pet(s) may have to be moved to another sanitised pen during their stay as we wish to accommodate all of our regular customers. Though we will try our best to minimise disruption.

VIII. Should you require medication added to your pet(s) food we cannot accept any liability should your pet(s) not consume it, this service is included in booking price.If you pet requires a tablet given orally there will be a £4 per day charge.

We reserve the right to re-home animals not collected within 14 days of the stated departure date if no communication from the owners or guardian is obtained and efforts to contact the owner fail.

IX. Refunds will be given in full if 15 days notice has been given, No refund if cancellation after 14 days.
